What began as a simple idea, fueled by hard work and dedication, has grown into a business I am truly proud of. Total Serenity first opened its doors in January 2008, operating out of a small office in the Audubon neighborhood. In April 2023, I moved to my current location in St. Matthews, where I continue to offer services in a serene, private setting.

 

At Total Serenity, I specialize in pain relief through various therapeutic techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Orthopedic, Myofascial, and Pregnancy Massage. I work with clients managing a range of conditions—from recent or long-standing injuries, car accidents, whiplash, and back pain to sciatica, fibromyalgia, arthritis, migraines, tension headaches, and the everyday stresses life brings.
